initial
Acrux Training had been working along with initial Fashion, founded in 2000 and started out as a Hong Kong brand, from 2007-2013, offering Consultancy, Coaching and All-rounded Training Solutions to all frontliners and office staff from Hong Kong office & Shanghai office.
We set up the customer service standard, monitoring with mystery shoppers program. The frontliners were equipped with customer service skills with selling techniques in both their BOUTIQUES & CAFES. Opening conversation, professional mix & match skills and kind-hearted service mindset had been improved.
The above skills and service has been regarded as one of the key successes, from 2 boutique stores to more than 60 stores; 2 CAFES to 12 CAFES across Hong Kong and China, of both initial Fashion & Acrux Training, during our service period.

G2000
During the training period, 2005-2006, of G2000, overall HKRMA MSP performances of the staffs’ product knowledge increased from 77.78% to 90.28%, and overall in-house MSP results from 85.85% to 93.93%, all within a year of the MSP and training programme & promotional system establishment.

Crocodile
During the annual training programme period, topics including customer service, communication, change management & coaching skills etc., Crocodile’s sales had increased 13% & 14% in 2009 & 2010 respectively.
The MSP organized by Acrux Training enhanced the stores results slightly as well during that period.

Nike
Acrux Training has been working along with Nike (HK) since 2013, providing training courses for the Service Ambassador Program through Emotional Selling, Teambuilding, Influential Skills and Train-the-trainer for both their self-own and franchisee stores.
We extended the customer service skills through experiential learning for the Key Trainers at stores as well. The sales and staff turn over rate has been improved from 2013 – 2018.
